Stan and the crew, led by Mike, were extremely professional and excellent to deal with all the way through the experience. They completed all the work on time, in a high quality way, while staying on budget. This project was done on an old freehold townhouse and they went above and beyond in a number of ways, including pointing out deficiencies that were created by prior renovations that required fixing (e.g. joists that had been sawed right through). They also did an incredible job of relationship managing with neighbours, going as far as helping our 85 year old neighbour take down a mirror she was worried would break due to the vibrations during the demo - Mike even bought her flowers as an apology for the disturbance! An incredibly thoughtful thing to do that has meant excellent relationships with neighbours after the proejct. They were not the cheapest option, but "you get what you pay for" and we would very gladly work with them again.
